My Background
My name is Shayla, Owner of Great Escapes by Shay and your personal travel agent. My love for traveling started in 2007, when I traveled to the Bahamas on my first Cruise. I enjoyed everything about the experience from the food and drinks, shopping, dancing, meeting new people and seeing the most beautiful beaches. When I returned home, I shared my experience with all of my family and friends and immediately, I was asked to organize and plan a trip for them. I learned based off their vacations and mines, how to be detailed oriented and thoroughly understand the ins and outs of organizing a trip. This has allowed me to plan several successful vacations. In fact, I’ve planned so many successful vacations that I decided to become a travel agent!
I continuously improve myself by taking online webinar classes to stay updated on the latest travel certifications, tips and deals.

Can you cruise as a single person? Yes
Is trip insurance included? No but can be added
Is it unlimited alcohol drinks? No but can be added
What is the private party? This will be a private party for my group with a DJ and drinks included.
There also will be a meet and greet day with drinks included.
What are the giveaways? Gift cards, prizes, on board credit. You got to come on the cruise for a chance to win!
Is the deposit refundable? The deposit is non-refundable, but any fees paid after the deposit can be refundable up to final payment date *may be in a voucher credit depends on the cancelation date*
Can flight transportation be arranged? Yes
You can add hotel nights to your package, if you would like to travel some days before the cruise or stay some days after the cruise.
Do I need a passport? No -you can use your birth certificate and state ID/Driver License's
Do I need to be vaccinated? No- you can take a Covid-19 test 72 HOURS before the cruise date
Is balcony or Oceanview rooms available? Yes -you can upgrade for an additional cost
How many people per room? Can be up to 4 people per room
